JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare complete construction estimates from information supplied in drawing and specifications. Coordinate construction job sites and evaluate project advancements Communicate with engineers, architects, sub contractors and clients to ensure proper cooridation of all information regarding the project Ensure follow up of all documents related to the project JOB REQUIRMENTS College degree or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of specification and drawing lectures Minimum of 7 years experience in similar position Have already specified jobs over 2 million in value Job site experience Knowledge in computor programs and estimation programs Good communicator and organized bilingual, own a vehicule, team spirit
